Admissions

Registration and admission for the Academic Year starting September is done online through the school website. Admissions to classes depend upon vacancies. Admissions are open from KG 1. There will be an entrance test/ assessment prior accepting the student.  

Age Requirements for the Academic Year 2021-2022


Based on a new decree from the Ministry of Education (MoE decree (5) 2021), the cut-off dates for calculating the age of students to determine their proper grade placement have been updated according to the following:

  • KG1 - Child must be born between 01/09/2016 to 31/08/2017. 
  • KG2 - Child must be born between 01/09/2015 to 31/08/2016
  • Grade 1 - Child must be born between 01/09/2014 to 31/08/2015 *  



*Grade 1 accepted ages range from 6 to 8 years as long as the date of birth falls on 31 August or before.

Kindly note that: Exceptions cannot be made to accepting any student whose age is not within the new range including those coming from abroad.




Admission Priority

Our priority for admission are in the following order subject to the admission committee's conformation
  • Staff's Children
  • Sibling of existing students
  • Others/public


Document Requirements

For KG 1, KG 2 and Grade 1

  1. Three recent passport-size photographs of the student
  2. Original Emirates ID card of child and 2 clear photocopies (both sides)
  3. Clear photocopy of the student passport and valid visa
  4. Clear photocopy of the student attested Birth Certificate
  5. Clear photocopy of the Student Vaccination Record
  6. Clear photocopy of the Student Insurance card.
  7. Original Emirates ID card of parents (father and mother) and 1 clear photocopy (both sides)
  8. Passport copy with valid visa of father
  9. Passport copy with valid visa of mother
  10. Clear photocopy of electricity bill/Tawtheeq or any document showing Premises ID.
  11. Family Book copy (for UAE Nationals)
  12. Copy of the original mark sheet of the final examination (ADEK Report Card for Abu Dhabi students) of the previous year.

For Grade 2 and above:

  1. All the above items
  2. Conduct Certificate from the previous school.
  3. The Original Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
    • a. In case of other Emirate transfer, Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate from the previous school must be attested by the educational authority.
    • b. In the case of overseas transfer, Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate from the previous school must be attested by :
      • I. Ministry of Education of the country student coming from.
      • II. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country student coming from.
      • III. UAE Embassy of the country student coming from.

Admission will be confirmed upon the submission of the documents to the School and will be subject to Department of Education And Knowledge (ADEK) approval
