Registration and admission for the Academic Year starting September is done online through the school website. Admissions to classes depend upon vacancies. Admissions are open from KG 1. There will be an entrance test/ assessment prior accepting the student.

Age Requirements

  • KG1 - Child must be born between 01/01/2013 to 31/12/2013. 
  • KG2 - Child must be born between 01/01/2012 to 31/12/2012
  • Grade 1 - Child must be born between 01/01/2011 to 31/12/2011  

The ADEC Kindergarten program consists of 2 levels:
Kindergarten 1 (KG1) and Kindergarten 2 (KG2).
Students in KG1 must be 4 years old by October 01 of the year of entry.
Students in KG2 must be 5 years old by October 01, of the year of entry.
Minimum age of students in KG1 is 3 years & 6 months while the maximum age is 4 years & 5 months
Minimum age of students in KG2 is 4 years & 6 months while the maximum age is 5 years & 5 months




Admission Priority

Our priority for admission are in the following order subject to the admission committee's conformation

  • Sibling of existing students
  • Others/public


Document Requirements

  1. Three passport-size photographs of the student.
  2. Completed admission forms.
  3. Clear photocopy of electricity bill/Tawtheeq or any document showing Premises ID.
  4. Clear photocopy of the student's passport
  5. Clear photocopy of the Residence valid Visa.
  6. Clear photocopy of the student's Birth Certificate.
  7. Clear photocopy of the Student's Vaccination Record.
  8. Clear photocopy valid Emirates ID for student and parents.
  9. Original Emirates ID of student and parents
  10. Copy of the original mark sheet of the final examination (School Report Card) of the previous year.
  11. For Grade 2 and above: Original Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate from the previous school in the case of other Emirate transfer duly attested by the educational authority.
    In the case of overseas transfer, the Transfer Certificate should also be duly attested by:

  • b) Students coming from within UAE are required to submit the original Transfer Certificate Or School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, attested by the Ministry of Education for the Emirate (for other than Sharjah Zone Schools). 

  Admission will be confirmed upon the submission of the documents to the School and will be subject to Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) approval
